What is Small Group Training?
Typically it is a group of 2-3 individuals with similar goals training together, while still receiving the quality instruction that you receive in personal training. It also allows you to have an accountability partner and someone to compete with to further motivate you.

Goals and Motivation
Your initial session with us we will set down talk about your goals and your motivation behind your goals. “We call it the meat and potatoes”. We will set short term goals to help you get you where you want to be and make it realistic for you to get there.
We will go over basic nutrition guidelines to get you where you want to be. It is basic overview of what are good food choices and what are bad food choices
We will first weight and measure you so we have a starting point from which to work from whether you are looking to pack on muscle or lose weight. Then we shall conduct a movement assessment so we know what your weak links are and how we can correct them to make you stronger and prevent injuries from occurring while training.
Your program will be tailored to your group’s main focus whether it is strength training, weight loss, or increasing athletic performance.
